Cause: The file is currently being repopulated from a previous restore.
Action: Make sure the file compeletes restore before you start another restore.
ORA-17522: file string is already being repopulated 表示更新指定文件失败，是由于该文件已经在被重新填充。
1）检查Data Pump端口的所有权和状态来查看是否正确执行了操作。
2）使用 Data Pump EXPORT和IMPORT终端来代替sql *Plus。
3）正确关闭前一次活动的 Data Pump端口。
4）检查Data Pump端口的日志文件来查找是否有错误，若果有错误及时修正。
