1. 首先查询所在数据库中消息队列中消息目标字符床的最大收件人数量：

sql> select * from AQ$_DESTINATIONS;

2. 如果收件人数量还是有限制，可以增加数据库参数AQ_TM_PROCESSES可以增大收件人数量：
